About me

I’ve been privileged to treat clients at all stages of life, from infancy to terminal phase of illness. But now, in my 40s, my passion is supporting women's health and wellbeing, particularly as they navigate midlife and menopause. I understand the juggle and the struggle. Self-care now means more than just a manicure (and I love a manicure).

I combine gentle but powerful reflexology techniques with intuition and energetics (plus a psychology degree and counselling training) to hold a deeply nurturing space. A space for you to feel seen, heard and supported.

A self-confessed treatment junkie, I’ve drawn on all the elements I love experiencing – organic skincare, beautiful crystals, delicious scents, sumptuous towels and linen – to create havens for you in Broadstairs, Sandwich and Deal, on the east Kent coast.

And when I’m not in the treatment room you’ll find me cooking, eating, pottering in the garden or hanging out with my family at the beach.

My approach

All my treatments take a holistic approach, recognising that a variety of factors including your emotions, beliefs, lifestyle, diet, physical predisposition, past experiences and relationships interact and influence your health and wellbeing.

We’ll begin with a consultation; not a boring tick box exercise, but an opportunity for us to discuss what’s really going on for you so your treatment can be tailored to best support you. My reflexology style is flowing and soothing, enabling you to switch off and deeply relax.

After receiving your reflexology treatment, you will be given advice and techniques you can use at home to continue to nurture yourself.

What is reflexology?

Reflexology is a touch therapy based on the principle that there are points on your feet, hands and face that correspond to all the organs and systems of your body; similar to acupressure points in Traditional Chinese Medicine and marma points in Ayurveda.

Stimulating these reflex points helps regulate your nervous system, shifting your body out of the stress response and back into its natural state of balance, inducing deep relaxation, releasing tension, boosting mood, aiding sleep and improving your wellbeing.
