The maximum user weight for my treatment couch is 150kg. If you weigh more than this, please get in touch before booking so we can discuss adapted treatment options. If you are in the first trimester of pregnancy (and we haven't worked together before) or in the second/third trimester with a history of miscarriage, please get in touch before booking a treatment. If you have had Botox, filler or any kind of non-surgical facial tweakment, please wait one month before enjoying any of my facial treatments. If you have had any kind of medical or surgical procedure, please seek consent from your GP or consultant that reflexology or 'facial massage' is safe for you to enjoy before booking. If you are booking a first treatment with me and are about to undergo imminent medical tests/diagnostics, please get in touch to discuss whether treatment should be postponed until after the test(s). If you have any allergies, please make sure you complete the new client consultation form (which will be emailed to you once your appointment is booked) so that I can make sure the treatment room is free from potential triggers and the products I use are suitable for you.

Payment can be made online when you book an appointment or via cash or card when you arrive for your appointment.

Reflexology packages are valid for twelve months from purchase and the treatments included can be redeemed in any of my treatment room locations.

Reflexology gift cards are valid for six months from date of purchase and can be redeemed in any of my treatment room locations.

Please give at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment so that someone else can enjoy the time. As a small business, late cancellations can have a big impact, so appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will incur the full charge of the booked session.
