• The maximum user weight for my treatment couch is 150kg. If you weigh more than this, please get in touch before booking so we can discuss adapted treatment options. • If you have had Botox, filler or any kind of non-surgical facial tweakment, please wait one month before enjoying any of my facial treatments. • If you have had any kind of medical or surgical procedure, please seek consent from your GP or consultant that reflexology or 'facial massage' is safe for you to enjoy before booking. • If you have any allergies, please make sure you complete the new client consultation form (which will be emailed to you once your appointment is booked) so that I can make sure the treatment room is free from potential triggers and the products I use are suitable for you.

• I'm specially trained to support women and couples trying to conceive and those undergoing assisted conception treatment, as well as twin/multiple pregnancies. • Reflexology is a safe and supportive treatment to enjoy throughout pregnancy, but I only work with regular clients during their first trimester. If you’re newly pregnant and new to reflexology with me, I’d be delighted to welcome you from your second trimester onwards. • If you have a history of miscarriage or a complicated pregnancy and are unsure about whether reflexology would be suitable, you are very welcome to get in touch so we can talk things through.

Payment can be made online when you book an appointment or via cash or card when you arrive for your appointment.

Reflexology packages are valid for twelve months from purchase and the treatments included can be redeemed in any of my treatment room locations.

Reflexology gift cards are valid for six months from date of purchase and can be redeemed in any of my treatment room locations.

Please give at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment so that someone else can enjoy the time. As a small business, late cancellations can have a big impact, so appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will incur the full charge of the booked session.
