If foot reflexology is your favourite treatment, this extended experience gives us more time to slow down and go deeper. With 90 minutes, there's space to work more intuitively through the reflexes, incorporating additional techniques such as lymphatic drainage where appropriate, while giving your body and mind longer to fully relax and restore. Every treatment is tailored to you on the day, drawing on my training and experience to support what your body needs most. Perfect if you're navigating a particularly demanding season of life, living with ongoing stress, fatigue, inflammatory conditions or simply love foot reflexology and would like more time to unwind. Warm towels and a nourishing foot balm complete the experience.
