Combining the deeply grounding benefits of reflexology with the gentle restorative nature of reiki, this 90-minute treatment offers space to truly slow down. Beginning with either foot or facial reflexology, your treatment is then complemented by reiki, creating a calming experience that supports both body and mind. The combination allows physical tension to soften while encouraging a profound sense of rest, balance and reconnection. Every treatment is tailored to you on the day, drawing on my training and experience to support what your body needs most. A beautiful choice if you're seeking deep relaxation, navigating a period of change or simply wanting dedicated time to support both body and mind.
