Sarah's sleep story
I used to be a great sleeper. One of those annoying people who could fall asleep pretty much anywhere. Having babies obviously shook that up, but I still found my way back to decent sleep most nights. Then midlife hit – two kids, aging parents, running my own business, and bam, perimenopause walked in like it owned the place. Suddenly, my brain wouldn’t switch off at bedtime and I’d find myself tossing and turning in the middle of the night.
Then I remembered what’s helped countless clients over the years: reflexology. A few minutes of footwork before bed – or even just 30 seconds of my SOS technique in the early hours when I’d wake for no apparent reason – and things changed. I was sleeping again. Properly.
