The slower pace gives your body and mind the opportunity to settle more deeply while allowing me to work intuitively according to what your body needs on the day. You'll remain fully clothed throughout, simply resting while receiving this traditional Japanese hands-on healing practice. Your treatment concludes with 'kekko' – a Japanese dry massage that helps you transition calmly from deep relaxation before returning to your day.
