Beginning with either foot or facial reflexology, your treatment is then complemented by reiki, creating a calming experience that supports both body and mind. The combination allows physical tension to soften while encouraging a profound sense of rest, balance and reconnection. Your treatment concludes with 'kekko' - a Japanese dry massage that helps you transition calmly from deep relaxation before returning to your day.
